1.) Obstacle courses encourage fun and innovative routines.
Our research shows many schools use freestanding bags in obstacle courses and circuit training workouts. Try using the bags as a striking station in the middle of an obstacle course to help boost focus, cardio, and add variety to student’s training.

2.) Stretch both on and off the Wavemaster base.
For a deep hamstring stretch, students can place their leg on top of the bag. The eight height adjustments allow students to raise the bag higher for a better stretch. Shorter or less flexible students can place their leg on the base to stretch.

3.) Cardio routines are often associated with running and jumping rope.
The Wavemaster can be incorporated into cardio routines by performing planks, tricep dips, and decline and incline pushups using the base as an aid.
