Get the coupler, the hand target and 2 blockers.
The blocker is a 28 inch training aid constructed of high density black nylon over heavy duty foam core. The plastic handle is textured, has a wrist sling and extends the full length inside the foam core.
The Coupler converts two single blockers into one double ended Blocker.
The Black Square Hand Target is 15 oz. nylon reinforced vinyl and filled with compressed foam. Back web straps and finger loop allow the holder a secure grip. Size: 9 inches x 11 inches x 3 inches thick. |
