Four web straps, support steel chains and a 2" ring for hanging. Bottom tie down strap.

well build bag

Was not sure about this punching bag when I 1st looked at it. After having it for few weeks, I really like it. I don't like my bags to be real heavy and with this you can put as much water in as u want.
