This is the official English language version of the Shotokan Kata Series of programs produced by the Japan Karate Association, Tokyo, Japan, under the technical direction of its chief Instructor, Masatoshi Nakayama. Assistance given by other senior Japan Karate Association instructors including: M. Tanaka, a. Isaka, M. Yahara, T. Imura, A. and Y. Osaka. APPROX 40 min. each.
