What did you like or dislike about this product?
Easy target to use. We like that u can strike or kick these. For the price its a good buy. Beats having to buy one pad for kicking and one for punching.

What did you like or dislike about this product?
We needed something to help our daughter with board breaking, she was scared of kicking the board to hard. We used this hand target to try to get her to follow through with her kicks. Weill post how it goes.
