What if I order the wrong size? - No problem, send it back.
What if I am not happy with the product? - No problem, send it back.
What if my package is damaged during shipping? - No problem we will take care of it.
New merchandise (not washed, worn, altered or soiled), and suitable for resale may be returned for exchange or a refund within 30 days of purchase.
If you need to return merchandise: Include your sales receipt and a note in with the items telling us what you would like to do (IE: Exchange for different size). Wrap merchandise securely and return via UPS. or insured Post Office. All merchandise sold, as sets must be returned as sets, only if you are asking for a refund. You will be credited by the original method of payment excluding shipping and handling charges.

Books & Videos
Due to vendor requirements books and videos cannot be refunded once the seal is broken. If your tape or book proves to be defective you can exchange it for the same title.
A check or money order in the amount of $7.49 (shipping charges) must accompany all exchanges.
