Shihan Nishiuchi is President and founder of the International Okinawa Kobudo Association. He is a 7th degree Black Belt in Kobudo, having received his training and degrees from Shihan Matayoshi Shimpo and Kaicho Takashi Kinjo, both of Naha City, Okinawa.
