This ultra light weight bo staff will enhance your speed and control. Great for weapons forms training and competition. This bo is not only light weight but extremely durable and has been tested and used by world class Weapons competitors. diameter on the 5' bo is approximately 1" and tapers to the ends to a diameter of approximately 1/2". The 5' bo weighs approximately 9 ounces. Made for demonstration and forms competition only and not recommended for contact sparring.
