A full contact line of sports equipment by ActionFlex, a padded bo staff / long staff that duplicates the sensation of using an authentic martial arts staff.

Colors: Red or Black

Sizes: 4 foot,5 foot or 6 foot

The patented piston assembly is constructed of high tensile nylon bushings that allow the weapon to flex and return while maintaining its original structure.

When the multi-part system flexes, it transfers the force of the user's hit through the weapon to the target, replicating the flex of a multi-layered steel blade. The piston is able to move freely inside a foam-layered outer-shell, which reduces fatigue on the weapon.

What did you like or dislike about this martial arts product? Firm feel when striking with little whip. Would like core to extend to within 1 inch of the end of the bow for more stability over time. Would like to see a HIT version of the bow made for serious sparring
