Bob's longer torso creates more striking surface area for body shot training as well as kicks. Free standing punching bag. By Century Martial Arts.

Two height adjustments, from 5'6" to 6' tall. Polyethylene base fills with sand or water and is rounded for easy roll relocation. Approximately 270 lbs when filled. One year limited warranty.
