Blue Sparring foot / Boot made of 1/2" dipped foam boot is contoured to fit and protect the foot with hook and loop closure on elastic criss cross strap for a secure fit. Above the ankle coverage for additional protection. Student Sparring Gear By Century martial arts supply.

Designed tough for martial artists in training.

Kicks are measured by men's shoe size. Women's shoe sizes generally run 1 to 1 1/2 sizes smaller than men's.

Reliable company

Shoes are exactly the same as those sold at the karate school, but cheaper in price. Plus this way I get rewards points that I can use on future purchases.

Great Quality

Good foot guard. I suggest using with a shin guard as well. The guard only covers part of the top of my foot so when I do a roundhouse, part of my shin and foot are exposed. They are very comfortable and provide great protection to you and your partner.
