Great free standing bag

Purchased the Versys VS1 for in home kickboxing for 2 adults and 2 children. Product arrived quickly, was well packaged and without issue. Comes in two separate boxes, 1 small for the base and 1 large for the bag portion. Assembly was completed within 2 minutes and we used it right away. Bag is perfect for our two children 9 and 11 as well as myself and my wife. We've all punched, kicked, ground and pounded this bag daily and has held up to the abuse. If going for a head kick the bag will topple with a full power kick, however, it can be stood upright again. If you are more concerned about the technique of your kick and placement and go at half power than this bag will stay upright. Great product and definitely recommend.

Century Versys VS. 1 stand alone bag

Well made. Can take the abuse. Great for karate training. If you strike from the front it will react by coming back at you. Very nice for practicing moving out of the way or follow up strike. If you do kicks above the waist, it will get knocked down though. Otherwise it is great. It can also be set up anywhere which is a huge +. Very happy with it and highly recommend.

This was purchased for my (Karate) white belt 11 year old son. It's been 3 months and he is on it every day. I've taken a few punches and kicks at it myself and with my son's advice have improved on my skills. It is a good tool for getting back into shape, so much so that I have joined my son in classes and should get my white belt very soon. Yes, I can over power the bag - standing at 6 feet and 190lbs - however by proper distancing myself I can throw a good punch or kick and have the bag return as if it was a child's blow up punching bag. Great all around bag for technique training and great investment for my son...I mean us.

Awesome!

This bag is exactly what I was looking for! It is kickable all the way down to the bottom and it's not so heavy that I would get injured if I kicked or punched too hard. The handles are also nice for knee kicks. The only thing is that it's easy to kick over (easy to pick up as well). I am ~135 lbs so I think it might not be the best bag for a big guy if you're using powerful kicks.
