Foam Bo Staff

I was looking for something light and forgiving for practice and this has really helped. During covid, I do not have anyone to practice with, so I use this to practice my form against my stationary bag.

Received in about a week from order. Very sturdy and comfortable use. Would trust to buy.

Purchased for my son age 9. He loves its light yet sturdy feel! The rubber layer provides enough cushion to soften the blow and provides confidence for him to try new tricks. It also makes me worry a bit less about our wall mirror in our home dojo ??. The price is a steal for the quality in my opinion! *Do note that the ends of the bo are not wrapped and the wooden core is exposed, flush with the outer rubber layer.

Great for beginners, learning tricks and spins without hurting yourself. Very comfortable to hold throw and spin and we'll balanced. Dropped it numerous times and staff is still holding up well. Let's me push my limits without serious injury!!

Perfect, exactly what I ordered! The wood inside is very stable and still bendy, and the foam is just thick enough to not hurt you. The only way to make this better is to add a cheap dragon imprint on the ends.

perfect for training; can be used on your own or even against wooden bokken with very good shock absorption. the perfect tool for new learners or seasoned professionals, & very durable.

Really like this staff that I purchased. It's foam on the outside makes it comfortable for gripping and how light weight it is, just makes it perfect. Now the only thing I didn't like is that the staff was 11" smaller than me. It would be awesome if they had a shorter one. But all in all I love it.
