Returns and Exchanges
New merchandise (not washed, worn, altered or soiled), and suitable for resale may be returned for exchange or a refund within 30 days of purchase. - If not returned in good resale condition we will not accept your return. 

Custom Items cannot be returned or exchanged 

If you need to return merchandise: Include your sales receipt and a note in with the items telling us what you would like to do (IE: Exchange for different size). Wrap merchandise securely and return via UPS. or insured Post Office. All merchandise sold, as sets must be returned as sets, only if you are asking for a refund. You will be credited by the original method of payment excluding shipping and handling charges. 

Exchanges 
A check or money order in the amount of $7.49 (shipping charges) must accompany all exchanges.

At Karate Supply.com, our secure server encrypts all payment information that you transmit to us while using our site. This includes your user name, password and credit card number and expiration date. The encryption process takes all of the personal information and converts it into code that is securely transmitted over the Internet.
Our online Shopping Cart System is the neatest and the easiest to use of all our online ordering methods.

Items may be purchased simply by clicking the Add button located near each item listed on the pages of our site. You can even insert the quantity desired in the box before pressing the Add and that amount will be added to your Shopping Cart. Quantity pricing will also be calculated automatically.

Once you have completed your shopping you then just need to click on the Checkout button and you will be transferred to the Order Completion page where you will fill in your Payment Method and your Name and shipping information and then submit your order to our server. Also the Shopping Cart system will give you the opportunity to print out a copy of your order for your records.

Please note that nothing is final until you press the final submit button on your order

We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges vary depending on your location. To calculate your shipping charges, add any items to your shopping cart and enter your zip code into the calculate shipping field and click GO!

Shipping Time - Orders will normally ship within 24 hrs., provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We do not offer Express or Overnight Shipping.

Normally orders arrive in 2-5 business days. ( Saturday or Sunday are not business days )Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by KarateSupply.com or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Typographical Errors - Top of Page
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
