This ultra light weight bo staff will enhance your speed and control. Great for bo forms training and competition. This bo is not only light weight but extremely durable and has been tested and used by world class bo staff competitors. diameter on the 5' bo is approximately 1" and tapers to the ends to a diameter of approximately 1/2". The 5' bo weighs approximately 9 ounces. Made for demonstration and forms competition only and not recommended for contact sparring.

Colors: Natural, Tiger and Chestnut
Sizes: 4', 4-1/2', 5', 5-1/2', or 6'

Wrong size sent

I ordered the trading stick for my 15 yoga daughter for Christmas. The package arrived quickly and I wrapped it in the tube that it was shipped in. On Christmas she opened the present and was very happy with the stick except that the stick was 5 ft instead of 5 1/2 feet long. The stick is very nice and good quality, but it’s not what I ordered. I took off 2 stars because it’s the wrong size.

Hi, I recently purchased a Bo-Staff for my Step-son, He was using it in the Yard & it chipped on the end in the 1st 10 min. He was using it... Otherwise he loves it , just wish it was a little better made/ more durable

Light bo

I got this staff hoping it would be easier to train the me delicate movements and so far I have no pain in my wrists our fingers. I was worried at first that it hadn't been sanded well but it's smooth and gives me no problems. One of my favorite staffs to train with now.

Great Staff for Flourishes

The bo came as estimated and I have been using it for a couple of weeks. Having never had a staff before I did not know what to expect. But having used this staf I would say that the quality is very good and I love the light weight of the staff especially since I am just starting out in my training. I would recommend this staff to a beginner because of the weight and feel of the staff is good for beginning any staff training.

Excellent Bo Staff

What did you like or dislike about this martial arts product? Extremely light bo staff so you can work on speed, but it's still very strong as it can take on a mild to moderate beating. Good quality for a descent price!

Ultra Light White Wood Lotus Bo Staff

I would definitely recommend this Bo. I've had the chestnut Bo for almost 2 years now and it's is great. It's light and I have great control over it. Weather you want it for practice competition or just for a hobby it is amazing. I mite just get another. :)
