Awesome BagIt was shipped promptly. Very easy to set up with one person. I filled the bottom with water and have it in my garage on mats. I can get an excellent workout with this bag, it takes all my kicks and punches. Very happy with the purchase!

durable bag
it is great, it is quite heavy but if you move it as it says to in the instructions manual it is not hard. In addition i am 190 pounds 5"8 and it is slightly taller than me and when i kick it it really dosent fall. It only moves slightly when i kick with reasonable power but i never go full strength to lessen the bag from wearing and tearing fast
