Sparring Headgear Size Chart

Headgear Basic Instructions
1.) Slide headgear onto head. It should fit comfortably
2.) Pull strap from left of face, under chin, and fasten strap to hook and loop closure on right side of headgear.

General Care Instructions
1.) Avoid wearing improperly fitted sparring equipment. Wearing sparring gear that is is too snug or pulling strap to tight.
2.) Avoid excess exposure to direct sunlight, extreme heat or color.
3.) Wipe of perspiration after each use, hand wash headgear with warm soapy water and hang to drip dry as needed.
